We’re growing fast and we have some very exciting plans. We’re looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to help us make them happen.


As Agile Delivery Manager in the Technology team you’ll be reporting into the CTO, This is a critical role in helping us deliver the technology vision and roadmap that will fuel the business growth. One of the most important objectives is to provide information transparency about the projects progress speed and about estimates as we have a large roadmap of exciting themes and epics to deliver this year.

We are looking for a pragmatist who understands and believes in agile values but also is dynamic and is able to apply these to real-world situations. You will love to help teams deliver the right thing in the right way. You will help to grow the team's confidence, happiness and productivity. The team uses a hybrid approach, including elements of Scrum, Kanban and Lean approaches; having common sense and pragmatism is absolutely critical for the success in this role.

What you can expect to be doing:

Managing tasks and priorities for all software features, to ensure they are planned, managed, executed and delivered with clarity, and on time.

  • Using appropriate tools and metrics including sprint plans, burn down charts, cycle times, and release plans to report on progress and delivery timelines.
  • Managing internal and external dependencies, risks, issues and blockers across teams.
  • Interacting and effectively communicate with other teams in the business (e.g. Data, Marketing, Operations etc.), with suppliers and partners, to enable the delivery on new features and ensure internal and external tasks do not slow down the progress.
  • Helping organise the meetings, preparing agendas, keeping track of the information and decisions from the team meetings, retrospectives, etc.
  • Mentor the teams on agile practices and facilitate sprint reviews, sprint planning, retrospectives across several teams.
  • Continuously assess the teams approach and adapt planning tools, Agile methods and communication to improve ways of working and apply learnings within the teams.
  • Supporting quarterly OKR process and evolving working agreements.
  • Supporting the hiring process – facilitating candidate reviews and scheduling the interviews.
  • Following up on the decision execution and project progress, both using software tools and communication.
  • Balancing the need for uninterrupted work with the proper level of team collaboration and interaction with customers and stakeholders.
  • Helping prepare presentations and documents.
  • Supporting the professional development of the team members.
  • Be a leader that encourages a collaborative supportive diverse environment where people are the most important element.
  • Organising team events.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience of growing the teams to a highly-performing stage.
  • Experience as a project manager or scrum master in technology teams/departments of multiple companies, working with teams of at least 10-20 developers.
  • Experience of delivering technically complex projects and innovative solutions.
  • Ability to facilitate technical discussions and helping the team to arrive at the most optimal solution.
  • Ability to pragmatically apply agile techniques using common sense, rather than rigidly following a prescribed approach.
  • High level of personal maturity, pragmatism, flexibility, and resilience.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to establish and maintain good relationships with people.
  • Experience in managing projects using different software tools.
  • Expert knowledge and experience with JIRA functionality, including advanced workflows, queries (JQL), reporting, Confluence integration, ideally with the relevant JIRA courses and certifications.
  • Certified Scrum Master.
  • Strong verbal and visual presentation skills.

  • £60,000 - £75,000 per annum dependant on experience
