We’re growing fast and we have some very exciting plans. We’re looking for a Finance Operations Analyst to help us make them happen.


Requirements

We are looking for talented and dedicated Finance Operations Analyst, our goal where possible is to automate and innovate, making sure the right tools are in place to enable the team to work as a business enabling function rather than huddling over Excel running manual repetitive tasks.


What you can expect to be doing:

  • Reconcile all customer cash flows on a daily/weekly basis
  • Reconcile invoices and billing relating to Operational spending
  • Ensure accurate accounting of payments transactions
  • Setup and continuous improvement of reporting and reconciliation processes
  • Work with data team to ensure accurate reporting and distribution of information across the business
  • Transaction monitoring for risk and compliance
  • Work with product team on new features to understand cost and process impacts

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 2 years experience in finance operations, ideally having taken part in setting up new reconciliation processes
  • Experience within a high growth business
  • Intermediate-Advanced Excel
  • Experience using SQL or python
  • You're hands-on and take satisfaction in supporting colleagues, projects or tasks however big or small.
  • Are biased to change and to solving real business problems
