Chip is one of the UK's fastest growing FinTechs.


Our bread and butter is automatic savings for our 100,000 savers but in the future we have big plans. We just raised £4m in the UK's largest ever crowdfund, and have been scaling up everything. We're growing fast so there's plenty of opportunity to own your work and have a real impact on where Chip is headed.


The Role


We’re looking for a Head of Community to take Chip to the next level. Community is at the heart of everything we do, be it for our 9,000 investors, 100,000 savers, 10,000 ChipMunks… or just for TeamChip. We’re looking for someone to lead the engagement of our communities and turn them into the superstars we think they are. We want amazing content, constant communication, events, competitions… the whole works. Are you up for the challenge of taking our communities to the next level?





The key for us is true passion in what you’re doing. We’d rather have that passion rather than experience… but saying that if you do have experience in working with digital communities that’s a bonus! You need to be a real people person, with the drive to want to make people happy.


You’ll be working directly under the Chief Marketing Officer alongside our talented team of marketers.
