Requirements

We’re looking for a Paid Advertising specialist to accelerate our growth across paid channels.
Primarily we want to explore social channels and see how we can increase installs across different platforms.
You’ll slot in amongst the Growth team working alongside a data insight analyst, designer, PR manager & Head of Content to make incredible ads. You’ll be reporting directly the to the CMO.
You’ll need to own ALL things paid advertising and own the reporting within that.

What you’ll be doing?

  • Creating a test framework for new channels.
  • Testing different creative.
  • Testing different cohorts to target.
  • Reporting on a regular basis performance.
  • Launching ad campaigns with a chunky budget.
  • Supporting other functions in the business when launching a feature, press release etc.

You should apply if?

  • You have a strong background in paid social advertising.
  • Proven track record in managing budgets, reporting data and running campaigns.
  • You’re confident in your ability and able to take direct ownership over this area of the business.
  • Track record of specialising in driving installs to mobile apps.
  • Experience in PPC, AppStore Ads
